PULUMU was founded in 2024 by Soki Kajiya, and released items such as No,000 in the 24th SS.The brand started with the concept of ``challenging from 10% for people who can't break away from simple clothes'', and sends out clothes that tend to be simple to those who want to take on a challenge by adding arrangements to standard items.​​
